
Dr. David Greeley is a board-certified neurologist, trained in the diagnosis and treatment of nervous system disorders, including diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles.
Northwest Neurological, PLLC was founded by Dr. David Greeley in Spokane, Washington, in 1999. The original focus of this center of excellence in neurology was to provide for patients and families who had neurodegenerative diseases (including but not limited to Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease). Neurological consultation and follow-up care continues to be the primary focus of this group.
In 2003, Northwest Neurological moved to its present location in the Washington Medical office building at 507 South Washington, Spokane, Washington. This building has 20,000 square feet filled with complementary businesses, providing primary care, rehabilitation (physical therapy, pool therapy and occupational therapy), psychology, social services and work assessment. The building also has a dedicated room for video-teleconferencing through Northwest TeleHealth, which provides access to over 30 additional regional communities in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and Alaska.

Dr. Greeley was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and graduated from the University of Washington in 1985 with a Bachelor's degree in Music Theory and History. He went on to the University of Washington School of Medicine graduating in 1989.
After medical school he spent the next four years completing his internship and residency in Neurology at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinic system in Madison, Wisconsin with an added post-residency position as Honorary Assistant House Physician at the prestigious National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London, England, where he gained added qualifications in the care of patients with movement disorders.
