David Greeley, M.D., FAAN
Dr. Greeley was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and graduated from the University of Washington in 1985 with a Bachelor's degree in Music Theory and History. He went on to the University of Washington School of Medicine graduating in 1989.
After medical school he spent the next four years completing his internship and residency in Neurology at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinic system in Madison, Wisconsin with an added post-residency position as Honorary Assistant House Physician at the prestigious National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London, England, where he gained added qualifications in the care of patients with movement disorders.
Directly after training he moved to Spokane, Washington, to join a multi-specialty clinic where he worked as a general neurologist for six years as well as serving as the first director of clinical research for the clinic.
He moved into private practice in Spokane in 1999, developing Northwest Neurological, PLLC and laying the foundations for the Washington Medical building and Northwest Collaborative Care (a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing care to patients with neurodegenerative diseases).
Dr. Greeley is involved in education and training of Medical Students as a Clinical Assistant Professor in Neurology at the UW and also holds an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor in Pharmacy position at WSU. He is the only member of the International Dystonia Study Group from the State of Washington; the only member of the National Parkinson's Study Group from Eastern Washington; and the only Fellow in the American Academy of Neurology in the Spokane area.

Jamie Mark, MSN, ARNP
Since 2000, Jamie has worked at Northwest Neurological, PLLC as a nurse practitioner. She is especially interested in geriatrics, and her patients greatly enjoy her care. She is a former board member of the local Alzheimer's Association chapter, and has achieved national recognition for her work in the programming and management of DBS patients, while working as a consultant and lecturer for Medtronic, Inc. (the manufacturer of the DBS device).
